As we move into our 50th YEAR at Point Realty, here in POINT LOOKOUT, NEW YORK, we hope that things will improve for you and the world's economy. We have been through these tough times before, and things always get better. It could be a good time for those who have a need to buy today since interest rates have recently dipped below 5%. We're sure many of you remember when the interest rates were around 15%.
